This page explains what happens to the information you share with Webson Systems through websonsystems.com. Last updated 28 October 2026.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. When you use the project form, the services you pick, your name and any optional details (email, website or Instagram, a line about your business) are put into a WhatsApp message on your own phone. Nothing is sent to us until you press send in WhatsApp. If you call or email us, we see your number or email address, as with any call or email.
How we use it
To reply to you, talk about your project and, if we work together, deliver the work. We do not sell or rent your details, add you to mailing lists, or share them with anyone except where the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or cross-site tracking. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free tool that counts page views and load times without identifying you or following you to other sites. Your browser keeps the services you pick in session storage so your choices follow you from page to page; it stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab.
Services we rely on
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic request data such as IP addresses to deliver pages, block attacks and produce the anonymous visit counts described above. Messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. Links to Instagram, LinkedIn and other sites are covered by those sites’ policies.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Send a WhatsApp message or email us at hello@websonsystems.com and we will act on it within 30 days. We keep project conversations only as long as we need them for the work, our accounts and the law.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
